01Acceptance of Terms

03Account Registration

• Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 24 hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays until KYC requirements are satisfied.
• cv6662 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity or source-of-funds verification.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirement balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully met.
• In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, cv6662 may freeze an account and suspend all pending withdrawals indefinitely pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one cv6662 account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with cv6662.

cv6662 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and all pending transactions held. cv6662's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

All content published on the cv6662 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, icons, user interface elements, written text, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of cv6662 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cv6662 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of cv6662.

• The cv6662 name, logo, and brand marks may not be used without prior written authorisation.
• Game titles, imagery, and assets are the property of their respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are used under licence.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, cv6662 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond cv6662's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome histories.
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or software errors that affect game outcomes — such outcomes will be voided and stakes returned where technically feasible.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses incurred during promotional periods or while wagering bonus funds.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, regardless of how such loss arises.

Where cv6662's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

cv6662 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cv6662 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
